Glen Coinlid #1

A while ago, I mentioned that I was a school friend, confidant and editor to the young Neil Codling (keyboard player in Suede, washer-upper with the Penguin Cafe Orchestra), who was then savagely cutting and pasting his way through the Stratford-Upon-Avon Herald and Midweek News, producing the rather lovely “Tune In with Glen Coinlid” page for my own comic book Rim.

I have decided that now is the time to reveal, page by page, the previously unreleased Glen Coinlid Easter Special 1991, which lay undisturbed in a box in my mother’s loft from the time I had to leave Stratford (under something of a police stakeout cloud in ’97) until my abortive return to Blighty in 2010.

Over the next few days (or until I receive a Cease and Desist notice from his legal representatives) I will be uploading this previously unpublished- unheard-of even- work by one of Britpop’s floppiest-haired 90s pin-ups.

And so…
