Problems

In a world hopelessly wading through the incarnadine seas of crimson slaughter, it’s easy to focus on what is hideous in your own existence- threats both real and imaginary, robbing you of all volition and hope.

For peace of mind, try not to focus on your own problems. It takes a little practice but can be done with mindfulness, breathing right (through your nose) and by focusing on MY problems instead.

Here’s today’s- I thought I had some cheese triangles in the fridge but the metal’s gone all rusty and the cheese spread has gone all orange.

There, perspective.
